EMPLOYEE GATHERING PT ALAMINDO LESTARI SEJAHTERA 2022

The Employee Gathering activity, which all Alamindo Consortium employees attended, ran smoothly on 16-17 December 2022 in Cikole-Bandung. This activity aims to get to know each other and strengthen employee relations. The Employee Gathering activities during the day consisted of Games between Employees, Outbound, and Rafting. Even though it was stopped by the rain, the Gathering activities did not affect the enthusiasm of the Alamindo Consortium employees to participate in the activity until it was over. The Gathering event at night is dinner and is filled with mini-games, gift exchanges, door prizes, and singing together, which makes the atmosphere of the activity even more lively. We hope that this Gathering will make the Alamindo Consortium employees more united and enthusiastic and also have the motivation to achieve the target in 2024.
