By engaging closely with project developers, Alamindo leverage our position as landowners to generate verified carbon credits, adhering to the rigorous Verra Verified Carbon Standard (VCS) certification standards.
Through this approach, Alamindo contribute to creating a greener future and fostering effective environmental management systems. To achieve our carbon offset goals, Alamindo implements the Reducing Emissions from Deforestation and Forest Degradation (REDD+) system as part of Nature-Based Solutions (NbS). This comprehensive approach encompasses various activities, including emission reduction from deforestation, emission reduction from forest degradation, conservation of carbon reserve forests, sustainable forest management, and increasing forest carbon stocks through reforestation and aforestation.
Each of these activities aligns with the emission reduction or elimination criteria outlined in Article 6 of the Paris Agreement.
