Invested in Thriving Ecosystems.

Rooted in Papua’s forests, Alamindo advances conservation at scale—storing carbon, protecting biodiversity, and sustaining living ecosystems. Working alongside indigenous communities, we keep forests intact and breathing, creating long-term value for nature, people, and climate.

Together, we can protect Papua’s irreplaceable natural heritage for future generations

Alamindo manages and sustains forest landscapes across Papua under government-granted PBPH permits, covering approximately 1.7 million hectares. Our work focuses on forest conservation, carbon value, and long-term ecosystem stewardship—ensuring forests remain intact, productive, and alive.

Alamindo operates across multiple regions on the island of Papua, managing forest areas with diverse ecological characteristics. These landscapes represent some of Indonesia’s most important remaining natural forests, with high carbon value and strong conservation significance.

Our PBPH areas are characterized by high carbon stock, high conservation value, and rich biodiversity. These forests function as vital carbon sinks while supporting intact ecosystems and natural climate balance.

With scale, regulatory legitimacy, high carbon value, and strong conservation significance, Alamindo offers a rare combination of environmental impact and long-term opportunity. Our work aligns with global ESG priorities - carbon, conservation, and biodiversity—while remaining rooted in real landscapes and real stewardship. .
