To achieve our carbon offset goals, Alamindo implements the Reducing Emissions from Deforestation and Forest Degradation (REDD+) system as part of Nature-Based Solutions (NbS). This comprehensive approach encompasses various activities, including emission reduction from deforestation, emission reduction from forest degradation, conservation of carbon reserve forests, sustainable forest management, and increasing forest carbon stocks through reforestation and aforestation.
Each of these activities aligns with the emission reduction or elimination criteria outlined in Article 6 of the Paris Agreement.
